@a_mccorkle Hi! Yes. It is 43 inches in the waist, but can be adjusted down to 37 inches using the buttons on the sides of the waistband. There’s also elastic in the back of the waistband. It’s just under 19 inches long. Let me know if you have any other questions :)

@paigeturner0601 I hear you, the blue is dark enough that it looks black/white from a distance. I added two additional photos to the listing in natural light and with a black shirt to hopefully show the color better.
