Cute dress for summer or spring. Wide neckline, no shoulder seam, light elastic at ends of sleeve (not tight). Pretty ribbed waist detail. Waist measurement is 14”, it does stretch. Measurement from top of waist to bottom of skirt is 19”. Skirt is full but falls nicely, good movement. Very soft fabric, 92% viscose, 8% spandex. Machine wash, flat dry. New with tags, no condition issues. Great dress for those warm summer nights. Put it on and go!
