Excellent condition pre worn Hand Kreation One Size 4 tiered boho flowy skirt. Waist measurement showing in pictures. Waist is elastic so can be stretched. It appears that there may have been a drawstring in waist band that was removed. I did picture the "hole" where the string would have been. This is on the front outside of the waist band. Would not be visible if the waistband is not fully stretched. Beautiful colorful skirt. Very light and flowy. 100% Rayon Machine wash and dry Please comment below if you have any questions.
