alexisseller611@sonia659 Apologies for the delay I was traveling! The waist is 12.5 inches across when laid flat. But know that there is a bit of elastic on the back side, so it has give. Side zipper for fastener.

alexisseller611@kriley5 The waist measures 12.5” across when laid flat. The back side has a bit of elastic (it’s not elastic all the way around) so it has some give/flexibility.
