I just thought it was for color layering. You could actually remove/cut off the inner lining if it bugs you, as the dress isn’t sheer without it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I think it looks cute as is. Other than the liner, the dress is in 8.5-9/10 good used condition . Worn maybe 3 times for short periods. It is super cute on!!! Very flouncy and flattering. The color is very hard to capture. It isn’t as dark as the photos appear. It is a deep blush color with sort of a coral undertone?
