Items in my shop are vintage and/or pre-loved (unless marked NWT). I do my best to hand select jewelry that is in great used condition and I check over the pieces before selling and will have photos of any flaws called out in the listing. It is possible that small flaws might go unnoticed but please remember these are not brand new items and this is a possibility. No returns or refunds.
