posh3557markHello, I really can’t judge the size of this bag on the stool. I need to see it on a mannequin or live person. You could hold the purse by the handles and stand in front of a mirror and take a picture of your reflection, that will show size comparison. I’m sorry I asked so many questions but I’m a short person and I’m not sure if 17” in width might be too big. Thank you 🙏
