This is a lovely pottery glazed artsy butterfly tray. Could be used as a trivet, for your perfume collection, as a candle base as well as the butterfly nature of the design would make a nice garden accent. It has a majolica feel to the design. I inherited the piece so I don't know if or how it may have been used.
