Originally purchased from Etsy. Pushpin design, so the head pin is slightly bent for a snug fit into the backing. Otherwise, these are perfect with no flaws. The titanium backing/post is 18 gauge width and 6mm in length. They were only worn for about one week in healed lobe piercings, but I ended up going another way with my set up. They really are stunning and I wish that I would use them more, but they need to be appreciated.
