It is a V-neck and has two pockets down at hem with a 3rd pocket inside the right pocket. The pants has the Style # T21004 (Kade) with a drawstring. It has the typical hip pockets and also has a double layered thigh pocket on the right side like cargo pants. This scrub set is clean/washed but the hem has some very light stain.
