This is a cotton tarot card print dress with a tie waist and pockets! It’s nice lightweight fabric and the tie really makes it a versatile size. I’m assuming it’s a vintage piece because it’s a paper tag made in the US piece which typically means it’s pre mid 90’s. It has a great whimsigoth vibe perfect for a witchy summer day.
