Antique Greentown "Dewey" chocolate slag glass creamer, c.1898—floral rim, beaded band, ornate feet; lovely amber caramel tones on rim and base.
Authentic Dewey (aka "Flower Flange") creamer by the Indiana Tumbler & Goblet Co. of Greentown, Indiana, circa 1898. Classic chocolate slag glass with warm amber pooling along the floral rim, handle, and feet. The ribbed body, beaded band, and scrolled tripod feet showcase beautiful Early American Pattern Glass craftsmanship.
Condition
Overall very good antique condition. Tiny fleabites on the rim and feet (see close-ups). No cracks or significant damage. Glossy surface with attractive chocolate, caramel and amber variations; glows nicely when lit.
