This is a gorgeous dress by Antonio Melani that is brand new with tags! This formal dress features an ombre effect that flows from Navy blue at the bust to gray on the skirt to white at the hem. Dress is lined, has spaghetti straps and zips in the back. The bodice has light padding. The dress is silk. Retail price: $179.

@kasey_raymond it has a little stretch to it. As far as the fabric, there is 5% spandex to the lining.

Just seeing if it would fit my chest. 16” would be too tight but if it stretches out to 17” or a bit more. It could work.
