@raeannmcneil since it is smocked (elasticized) is highly stretchy and meant to hug the body, this XL range often accommodates a broader spectrum of sizes, allowing for a comfortable fit that expands and contracts. Meaning the dress stretches or “shrinks” to fit the person, though the common bust size of smocked XL dress is within the range of 40”- 46”. Also, while it is “bump friendly” a it is not specifically a “maternity dress” so a baby bump is not required. Hope this is helpful!
