What is the material type please.

It's 95% polyester and 5% elastayne. It feels like cotton sateen to me. It says hand wash, but I also have a white one which I've worn..I washed it on the gentlest cycle and put i the dryer with a dryer sheet on the lowest heat cycle for only 10-18 minutes, then I hang it to complete the drying.
