It can easily be glued or stitched to fix . It doesn’t take away from this unique nostalgic dress. It Features an elegant drop-waist silhouette with tiered skirt area. An ornate beaded V-neckline with accents, delicate cap sleeves, and intricate floral lace overlay throughout. It is coal black yet has a red tint visible in direct light . Fully lined which creates a flowing depth. I believe from the early 1990s era . I Purchased this from a thrift store for 85.00 and I originally was going to wear it to a goblin core Halloween wedding . I ended up not attending the wedding . I am hoping to find someone who will have a chance to show this beauty off.
