Madewell Cream Floral Midi Dress with Navy Trim

Light cream midi dress with small floral print. V-neck and short flutter sleeves. Tiered skirt with navy scalloped trim. Soft, flowy fabric. Easy, feminine silhouette. This ran small for me in the waist/right below the bust. The top rick rack is 15” across with no stretch and hit right under my bust. I am tall at 5’11” though so maybe on a shorter person it would hang lower and fit perfect. The pit to pit is around 18”
