amandamer16@pixiexyz Hi! When making this listing, the 4 condition options for me to select were "New with Tags", "New without Tags", "Good", & "Fair". This purse is pre-owned but only used a few times so it's in excellent condition (see photos) -- but I didn't feel right to select "New with Tags" or "New without Tags" since it has been used.
