I would say the fit is a slim straight.

Do these stop at the ankle or to the top of the shoe ? Thank you

The inseam is 33 inches, so I would say it would go be on the top of your foot and scrunched. That’s if you are 5’7. If you are a taller girl it would fit like regular skinny jeans.
