Chest measurement is 18 inches from pit to pit and fabric is 100% polyester. Fabric has a lovely feel to it! Please see new photos in my listing! Thank you for your interest! :)

Hello! Waist measures about 18.5 inches, hips measure about 22 inches at the widest point and dress does have some stretch to it. :)
