It did come to me with a broken button on the left sleeve (see last pic), but the coat came with an extra button, so this can be replaced to be as good as new! New button is attached to the materials/care tag, as pictured. I examined the coat carefully for any flaws and found none - no holes, stains, or other issues to note.
