Do you know if the stain on the bottom of the bag can be cleaned or is it permanent?

Sorry for the delay! I assume it’s permanent based on how it looks, but honestly I had never tried to remove it since it’s never visible, as it’s always sitting on its base. I’ll try a few things and see if it lifts.
