Adorable, never worn and pristine condition puff sleeve rainbow tulle blouse, size extra small / small. Fit is very stretchy and elastic, but would best accommodate a size 0 - 4. The blouse is composed of 100% poly, the interior is a silky white elasticized lining, layered with a delicate pastel rainbow gradient tulle upper. The dramatic puff sleeves have elastic panels and two layers of tulle for ample volume and unlined for a semi sheer effect. Beautiful and versatile, this piece is easy to dress up or down when worn with skirts and heels or jeans and sneakers. Also adorable to wear under black lights, or spritzed with body glitter. Selling as I ordered the wrong size online, never worn. Please note the interior tags were removed as they were visible through the tulle.
