_jgoldstein Yes, they are authentic. They came with the tags on and were mailed to me with the same ALO clear plastic that comes from the manufacture when shipped out. I unfortunately got ahead of myself and took the tags off and washed the pants because I thought they were going to fit no problem but ended up being too big for me.
