This business bag features a PVC body with leather trim, a rolled leather top handle, a wrap around zip closure, and an interior compartment. There is a tear in the zipper fabric about 2/3 of the way across. If lined up right, the zipper will unzip all the way with some force. May want to see about proper repair or zipper replacement.
