Item is in fair to good condition, however there is some staining at the waistband and sleeves. Still in great functional condition, washed and waterproofed ready for the next adventure.

Is it fair conditions because it’s stained or because the fabric it’s not waterproof, holes or it does not do what it needs to do?

It’s fair because of the stains. It is otherwise in really great shape. I wasn’t sure if I should mark it good or fair. Waterproofed and ready to use.
