What’s the mark from ? It’s fairly obvious so wondering if it can be removed at all

Hi, sorry I missed your message. I’m not completely sure what caused the mark. It’s visible in the close-up photo, but much less noticeable in person/from a normal viewing distance. I haven’t attempted stain removal or dry cleaning, so I can’t guarantee whether it would come out. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions. Thanks
