Rare high-end vintage Kate Spade "Sam" box bag. Made in Italy with premium glove-tanned leather and a full suede interior. This is a substantial, structured piece from the late 1990s. Can be rehabbed. The leather has been cleaned and conditioned. Shows a beautiful natural patina with vintage scuffing/scratching throughout. Interior suede shows darkening from use but is intact. Small green paint markings on the bottom near the feet (see photos) I think can be removed. I did get some off.
