Says 40 /9 on bottom. Do they fit like an 8 or 8.5 or 9?

@phoenixexchange Omigosh thank you for asking! I just realized i put in the wrong size. These are a size 9. I am a true size 8 but these fit me perfectly. So i would say they run small.
