deboraheubankBeautiful necklace! Definitely either gold plated or gold filled. As to the stones, I would lean toward them being paste unless you’ve had them tested. It appears that from the underside the darker stones have a “wash” consist with rhinestones or paste. The fact they weren’t set with prongs but bezel set usually means they have been glued. None of the above takes away from its beauty or from being an antique.
