Nine West blue white accordion pleated shark bite hem high neck midi dress. Features high neckline with single button keyhole closure in back, elasticized smocked empire waistband, very full skirted bottom with shark bite hemline that drops lower on both sides, pretty accordion pleating, unlined. This dress is brand new with tags but I did find one tiny snag when I was photographing it - it is hidden by the pleating when on (see last pic). See pics for measurements - I wear a size 6, 34C and this dress fit me perfectly. Wear with wedge sandals for total 70's vibes!!
