shophom @sophiadg34 Hi there, yes there is a little stretch to the skirt. The waistband is elastic so it expands a bit. There is no zipper or button so you slip it on and off. For reference I am 5’4 and around 125ish lbs. The skirt, when I tried it on, sat low on my waist, below my belly button and had a comfortable relaxed fit.
