Full elastic waist and no shortage on style with this vintage handmade skirt. There's a southwestern inspired print in a tiered broomstick style. This is screaming rodeo to me, but it's got a great all-over southwestern/western vibe. Unlined, nice weight cotton, with lots of great movement. Very comfortable, soft and broken in. The elastic waistband may have been a later addition, as the stitching is not great around the waistline, but the rest of the skirt is serged and professionally made. Waistband measures 38" unstretched up to 44", length 28".
