I didnt notice it in the store, hence the low price. Never used, just too big for me. NO RETURNS. Smoke free and pet free home.

d03deecee Hi there, this style of Dooney and Bourke Alto, doesn't come with an additional strap. Possibly because of the generous 8inch drop of the handles. I added a photo of the measurementsof the drop, the handles fit over my shoulder comfortably. Hope it this information helps. Thanks for checking out my closet. d03deecee Also did you see the photos of the 2 scratches, you can't see them when using the bag. I like to be very transparent. I honestly didnt see it in the store. The bag is now too big for me as I know longer travel to work. Thank you again.
