what waist measurement is a 7

@ellenwho72070 The waist measurement is 16 flat so basically double it and also the back is elastic allowing for stretch and comfort! They are a 7 (28w) but run big in my opinion. They are high waist about a 14-inch rise and a 26-inch inseam. I'm 5 ft even and they are too long for my preference.
