The dip-dye transitions from indigo blue to white. the sleeves are 3/4 length. The length of the shrug on the center back from the neck to the bottom is APPROXIMATELY 16". This is a CHICO'S size 1 which is equal to an 8/10 or medium. It is made of mostly cotton, some rayon and other fiber, so it has give and could fit various other sizes. Hand washable.
