VTG Cynthia Rowley GORGEOUS Floral Long Sleeve Dress w/ Tie Bodice SZ 8 EUC This is a unique and amazing vintage Cynthia Rowley dress believed to be from the 90s! It's a black base with blue and red roses patterned across it, and buttons down the front of the entire piece. It has long sleeves, and a billowing flowing skirt that makes it so feminine and beautiful! It has a unique tie detail at the bodice that weaves throughout the neckline and can be tied into a bow. Such a beautiful vintage designer piece that was also made in the USA. Stunning! Gently used, great condition, some yellow spots as pictured on the white tie portion of the dress but are not super noticeable, especially depending on how it is tied!
