Hello.. can you tell me the condition of the elastic on the neckline? is it stretched in any kind of way from possibly hanging on a hanger? or is tight and springy?

Then that means that the neckline is stretched out and the elastic needs to be replaced.. that happens so frequently from hanging on a hanger I continually have to get the elastic put back in because of that. I started using the hangers with the clips (used for skirts or pants) instead of a regular hanger because of this problem.. thank you for your honesty..
