Vintage 80s 90s Black Velvet Dress. Tag reads size 5/6, fits very well on my size 4 mannequin - check measurements below. No brand tag. Black velvet body. Semi-sheer ruched/puffy sleeves with a ruffle along the edge seam. Floral velvet print on sleeves. Back zipper. V-neck, v-back. Tulip bottom hem. Excellent vintage condition.
