wendy_ness@alexandrawebste Hi, I’m sorry I am out of town for work at the moment. I can tell you it is all stretchy in the middle and open in the back. You can tie the top part in the back as tight or as loose as you need. Also not too short and not too long. But if you give me another day I can measure it for you.
