V. White Rhinestone Starburst Pendant Necklace

This vintage necklace is made of a silver tone metal and has a c clasp closure. The chain is lightweight but sturdy and the pendant hangs on it from a jump ring at its top. The pendant is shaped like a 10-point starburst with the center and all 10 "rays" accented with white rhinestones. The construction of the back of the piece (pic 4) makes me think 1950s or 1960s, but that's speculation on my part. The necklace has normal wear and there may be a slight bend in one or two of the "rays", but there are no issues affecting wearability and no missing stones.
