You have in this listing to please make offers, so when I did you declined it instead of counter an offer. It's called negotiating. I'm going to offer low to try. I would have came to your price but I don't think that you want to sell when you decline without countering. That's so weird to me. Just my opinion, to each there on way🤦🏼✌🏼
