The middle layer is a stiff floral ribbon is from the 90s. The top layer is a pink grosgrain bow and the center is a cream satin ribbon. Truly a one-of-a-kind find! Makes an amazing gift for anyone loving the Y2K retro cottagecore/ Whimsigoth themes. The hairbow features a small 1.5" metal clip.
