CONNECTED APPAREL knee-length skirt and sheer overlay, sleeveless floral overlay

CONNECTED APPAREL size 8 knee-length navy blue skirt with a sheer maxi, floral overlay. The bodice has a gathered effect (see photos). There is a long cloth tie on the backside of dress. Pit to pit measures 14 1/2 inches. From shoulder strap to hem of maxi, it measures about 56 inches. The navy blue skirt measures about 36 1/2 inches. CALL OUT - it appears that the straps have been altered to shorten them. See last photo.
