Navy ground silk chiffon flowered dress with big ol’ shoulder pads for that 80s flair. Sleeve cuffs close with 2 snaps. ‘The elastic on the waist is stretched out. I have shown it with a belt (lmk if you want it), without a belt (3rd photo), & clipped. Length is 44,” sleeves are 23” & some will be used to puff over sleeve cuffs, bust 42,” waist 38,” hips 60.” Please remember to get the best fit, a lot of wearing ease needs to be left. in others words, your bust & hip measurements should be about 6”- 8” smaller than the garment measurements. Priced as is; these are rare & if waist elastic was still tight, it would be twice as much.
