It has spent the last 9 months in Paris at Hermes getting all new hardware, new lock/key/clochette, new double d rings, new corner stitching, new handle, new sangles, brand new shoulder strap and deep cleaning /conditioning. It’s gorgeous. Stickers are still on the new hardware, and the bag has not been used since the repair. It does have small scratches on the leather in places because it is preloved.
