The dress is gorgeous and perfect for a celebrational event - birthday party, dinner party, porms etc. etc.. I bought it for a porm but did not end up going. The cut and materials are all very nice and flattering. It is true to size, but the design itself is a tight fit, and the material is not elastic (40/60 silk/poly).
