Measurements? Is this oversized?

Hello. Added some photos. It is not form fitting, it is a boxy fit. I would not describe it as oversized. It runs on the smaller side. The length from shoulder to bottom of the jacket is approximately 19" inches. The width of the jacket is approximately 22" inches.
