Navy/white floral dress S/M Peter Pan collar button down bodice cottage core

Navy dress with white flowers and green leaves, women's size oversized small or med. The dress no longer has size tag, pls confirm fit with measurements. Dress has Peter Pan collar with button down bodice, is above the knee on me at 5'8", has gathered skirt at waist, has one pocket on bodice. Fabric feels like an elevated cotton weave, but can't confirm. You won't be disappointed in the quality. I believe this piece to be vintage as I'm not able to find any info on it.
