Black and White Stretchy Dress

Black stretchy fabric with a white floral pattern. It's made from a stretchy fabric but I am not sure what fabric content is, as I removed the tag years ago. Size small... no actual tags because I cut them out when I was younger but I am 90% sure this is from suzy shier or reitmans originally. I have owned this dress since the early 2000's. Deep V neck front may have a stitch still in there to hold it together for modesty (thanks mom!). Worn multiple times but still lots of life left in it! No issues whatsoever, it's in great condition!
